About us

Ejaridini was founded in 2022 by Innocentia Khanyisile Fakude. Initially, I was a street vendor with my menu exclusively featuring sandwiches. I have since worked on expanding my menu and building a physical location for my business. I officially launched Ejaridini Kitchen on December 16th of 2025 in Standerton extension 4. Ejaridini Kitchen has since gained popularity among locals for our unique ability to unite communities, families, and strengthening bonds between friends through good food. We are especially popular for our pleasant customer service, endless gratitude, and consistent communication with our valued customers.

Ejaridini Kitchen has played a role in combating youth unemployment in Standerton by employing 4 local residents since opening our doors. We are committed to uniting communities through good food and uplifting them by creating opportunities for growth.
